And certainly nothing to learn from. So it is no "guide" to anything. But it certainly is fun. And sometimes profound. And both thanks, ironically, to Karl Pilkington. Aug 16, psychonout rated it it was ok. Karl has many interesting thoughts, opinions, he does seem to be very tired of live and I find it surprising he still hasn't offed himself. I also sometimes wonder if I'll be like that by the age of forty something.

Three comedians talk about various topics. Medicine, natural history, the arts, philosophy, the English, society, law and order, the future, the human body and the Earth. Mostly funny, sometimes really funny. Strong language. Two comedians behaving really badly towards the third one.

While much of this can be watched on YouTube with excellent cartoon animation - something I have done countless times - this was still hilarious, even just listening to instead. It had me in stitches multiple times. Ricky and Stephen can be obnoxiously dense sometimes - really, I think everyone likes these because of Karl - but I imagine they probably ramp up their behaviour to get a rise out of Karl.

This may be my favorite of the Guides so far although it is very hard to choose -- for its repeated heights of absurdity, Stephen's attempts to get Ricky to stop interrupting Karl, and the revelation about Brett For the sake of the addicts out there like me, please, please keep these coming!
