Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters and Miami are home to approximately 10, residents and are serviced by high schools, primary school, numerous day care facilities, Bond University, excellent sporting facilities and sporting clubs, and are regarded as some of the most livable suburbs along our coastline. I highly recommend anyone looking to relocate to this beautiful area.

With its wide water canals that have ocean access and numerous parks and bikeways Mermaid waters is perfect for those that enjoy the outdoors. I am lucky enough to call Mermaid Waters my home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be close to the Beach but away from the busy city lifestyle.
